'In the case of good books,
the point is not how many
of them you can get through,
but rather how many can
get through to you.'
Mortimer Adler
Well, Mr. Adler, you might be right, but when you join in Dolly's Reading Challenge, then the amount of books does count, too! I decided to start with 52 books and see how everything develops.

Number counts for the challenge, but it's the number your pick for yourself, so quality is more important.
At least you've already made the start for the year. I still have to finish my first book of 2011.
I totally agree with you, I would never read a book that I'm not at least interested in!
Speaking of the start, I've just finished the 1st book on Jan-01. And 'Never Ending Story' luckily hasn't too many pages! If you are interested, we could add this book to our book club list, couldn't we?
Wow, 52books in 1 year! That´s alot! Good luck with that!
I am currently reading "Bridget Jones", Book 1 and 2, binded together. I LOVE it! I read book 1 before, but since I enjoyed it so much years ago, I decided to read it again. I´ll read slowly, as I don´t want to rush through the pages, or I´ll forget the most of it. :/ Otherwise I would take part of that challenge. But I know me and my readinghabits...
Good luck for you anyways!
Thanks for your wishes! :-)
Well, 1 book in 1 week, that's workable for MY reading habits. YOU can take part without setting a number, but only for the sake of having a book list?!?
Good reading progress :-)
Yeah, I think so, too! I'd say it's only a matter of time to reach my 52-mark! :-) And then see, how far the journey will go...
